Just a reminder that there will be NO free entry passes (except for working matchday staff and visiting Directors) to Saturday's FA Trophy fixture, this includes season ticket holders. These are FA rules not the clubs.
The reason for this statement is several people appeared a little disgruntled when not being granted free admission to the Staines Town FA Cup replay.

PERKS JOINS THE 50 CLUB
Congratulations to Steve Perkins who became a member of the 50 club against Hillingdon Borough this evening. Steve has struggled this season with an injury picked up pre-season at Solihull Moors or he would no doubt have reached the mark a lot sooner. Thus far Steve has had 46 starts with another 4 appearances from the bench, scoring twice.

ANOTHER FANTASTIC SPORTSMAN'S DINNER

Yesterday evening saw another well attended Sportsman's evening at the Warren Suite with guest speaker, footballing legend and current TalkSport presenter Alan Brazil. A big thank you to all of those who attended and more especially to Bill Perryman for yet another superbly organised evening that I certainly enjoyed very much.

UNITED FINALLY GET A HOME DRAW
Hayes & Yeading United have finally been drawn at home in a cup, at the seventh time of asking this season, however it could not be a tougher FA Trophy draw. Todays draw brings forth a re-run of our opening fixture of the season with league leaders Chelmsford City drawn to visit Church Road. The tie will take place on Saturday 22nd November and any potential replay will be just 48 hours later on Monday 24th. Kev Watts (03/11/08)

Hayes & Yeading United have been drawn away to either Histon or Lewes in the 2nd round of the FA Youth Cup, should we beat Croydon Athletic at Church Road on Monday evening.
