To claim your refund of the difference in costs please present your ticket at the programme kiosk at either the Forest Green or Rushden games to receive your cash back. (23/01/10) |

STRIKER LOANED TO AFC HAYES
Although prematurely reported in the Uxbridge Gazette last week, Jake Lovell has only yesterday been officially loaned to AFC Hayes of the Zamaretto League for a month to further his first team experience. Hopefully Jake will get more time on the pitch than he did in his previous loan to Harrow and can get some goals under his belt. (22/01/10) |

VOLUNTEER(S) REQUIRED
Regrettably, Paul Ashcroft is having to relinquish his Secretarial duties for the remainder of the season with both the Reserves and the Ryman Youth side. Hayes & Yeading are therefore looking for a willing volunteer to assist the Club by taking on these important duties between now and the end of the season and possibly beyond. If you are willing and able to assist please contact the Club office on 020 8573 2075 during working hours or contact a club official on a matchday. (21/01/10) |

SATURDAY'S VISIT TO YORK CITY
There will be a pitch inspection tomorrow but City are more than hopeful that the game should go ahead as planned. One problem however is that the terrace for visiting supporters has been classified as dangerous and will therefore be closed. The upshot of this is that United supporters will have to purchase seat tickets for section C at the ticket office at a price of £17 instead of £14 that would have been for terracing. Chairman Derek Goodall feels this is unfair on those travelling and while he cannot change York's decision, he has vowed to refund the difference to United supporters from our own club funds, so retain your tickets and await further news on how to claim. NEW PITCH COVERS
Today's game against AFC Wimbledon only took place thanks to the newly arrived pitch covering for the area near the main stand that does not get the sun and has caused games to be postponed due to frost in the past. The Director's would like to express their gratitude to the Supporters' Club who have kindly made a £500 donation towards the purchase of said pitch covers. (01/01/10) |
