23 year old central defender who arrived at Hayes & Yeading United in August 2008 having spent the previous few seasons with Blue Square Premier side Woking.

Matt is a powerful and hard working defender whose quality was already known to Garry Haylock as he spent some time on loan at Walton & Hersham while Garry was there, he also had a loan spell with Northwood.

His arrival at Church Road saw the start of an eight League match winning run after two straight defeats at the start of the campaign. Has Blue Square Premier experience having made 26 appearances for the Kingfield club during 2007-08.
