 27 year old central midfielder who previously came to Church Road in the summer of 2002 when he joined Hayes FC from Queens Park Rangers. After a successsful season with Hayes, Justin was transferred back into the Football League with Crewe Alexandra, making over 70 appearances for  "The Alex" in a three year spell.
In the summer of 2006 Justin moved on to Rotherham United, making 33 appearances for the Millers, before moving on to brief spells with Yeovil Town, Millwall, Rushden & Diamonds and finally Aldershot Town with whom he finished the last campaign.
Earned an international call-up for
Antigua and Barbuda in 2008.
Manager Garry Haylock is hoping Justin will bring some more Football League experience to his side as they embark on a first season in the upper echelons of non-league football.
